Primal Bounty exists to provide you with top quality supplements and ingredients, free from useless fillers and without any of the manipulative marketing hype which is common in the supplement industry.
Our first product is a pure, single ingredient Swiss and EU collagen dosed at 10 grams per serving.
We are a UK company and limit our product sourcing to jurisdictions with stringent manufacturing quality controls.
We avoid offering complex blends of ingredients wherever possible, as our focus is on transparency and providing the particular ingredient that you, the customer, are searching for.
Our core company values that apply to all our products are as follows:-
Clear ingredient lists. We do not use fillers or create blends with cheaper ingredients with the aim of increasing our margins. All of our product ingredients are clearly included in the product name, not hidden in the small print.
Effective doses. We never under-dose our products and we ensure that the amounts that we recommend are in line with what has been used in supplement studies.
Quality sourcing. Not all countries have the same standards when it comes to manufacturing food ingredients and products. We believe that the quality of the product that you take and being able to rely on proper manufacturing processes in its creation are incredibly important.
To this end we source all of our ingredients from reputable suppliers or manufacturers in the UK or Europe. Our collagen, for example, is made in Switzerland from raw hides sourced exclusively from Swiss and EU cattle — raised under some of the strictest animal welfare laws in the world.
Proof on request. Our products are made to strict quality and safety standards. If you wish to see the copies of the manufacturer testing that has been conducted, just ask us.
Who's behind it
Primal Bounty was started by Petra and Sam, a husband and wife team in Cambridgeshire. Petra went looking for a clean, properly dosed collagen after her pregnancy and couldn't find one she trusted. Sam is a UK-qualified lawyer and personal trainer with an interes in health and fitness.
We're a small company, and this allows us to be attentive to our customers unlike some of the larger brands and to have a hands on approach to product sourcing and supply. This ensures that our service and our products are second to none.
