Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Dispatch. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery cost and times. Standard delivery is £4.49 and typically arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Delivery is free on all orders of £35 or more.

Problems with delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, email us at mail@primalbounty.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away.
