Refund policy

Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, email us at mail@primalbounty.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Condition of returned goods. Because our products are food supplements, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, with the tamper seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or unsealed products, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return postage. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, return postage is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds. Once we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them back), we will refund the full purchase price including standard outbound delivery within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard service, we will refund the cost of the standard service.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us at mail@primalbounty.co.uk with your order number and a photo — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or later for a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will also cover reasonable return postage.
